Your tasks:

• Coordination of the quality sub-team (Team 8 according Golden Eye principle) in a holistic way, which includes quality representatives from all quality aspects to be developed (e.g.: Q-Suppliers, Q-Customer, Q-Series, Q-Planner, QMS, etc.) within the project
• Be the quality representative into the project´s core teams
• Responsible for setting the project specific scope of activities and resource management for stable axle; fulfillment of quality KPI in the assigned projects under consideration of existing guidelines with a maximum of customer satisfaction
• Continuous improvement for projects and series
• Reporting overall status quality regarding the project

Your profile:

• University degree in Engineering field (Mechanical Engineer, Quality Engineer, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in Quality automotive
• Good Knowledge about ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
• High Knowledge about core tools and AIAG Manuals (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA), as well as problem solving tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, 8D, etc.)
• Fluency in English language
• Competence of lateral leadership, strong communications skills
