Quality System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and implementation of all operational activities of control and assuring product quality in alignment with the legal regulations and internal standards
• Analysis and assessment of company business processes and work instructions as well as recommending and implementing measures to improve productivity and better functioning of the quality system
• Organization and implementation of staff training related to problem solving tools, processes improvement and quality system
• Supporting the implementation, maintaining and improvement of the Quality System Management in conformity with ISO 9001:2015 and internal Quality Policies
• Responsibility for the development and improvement of standardized methods for testing of the  product quality
• Implementation of basic functional excellence requirements as well as implementation of all measurement tools associated with continuous improvement in quality department
• Problem root cause analysis, and if necessary placing of corrective measures in accordance with process key performance indicators and the results of product testing
• Monitoring calibration and condition tracking of measuring and test equipment to verify compliance of products / equipment with defined standards

Requirements:

• University or college degree in technical field
• Fluency in English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to analyze and make decisions
• Open and transparent communicator
• Curious, adaptible and willing to learn

• Seeks responsibility and takes ownership
