Your profile as R&D Controller Back-Office (Finance):
- Establish a local R&D Controlling in close coordination with the R&D Controlling in leading R&D location
- Create, coordinate and comment the R&D Reporting on a monthly base for all locations
- Cost tracking and controlling of R&D cost and reimbursements ensuring cost efficiency and transparency
- Short and long term R&D planning (projects & P&L) & transitions (OP/SP/FC)
- Responsible for R&D Controlling process documentation
Your profile as R&D Controller Back-Office (Finance):
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- Finance/Controlling experience within a manufacturing company; Work experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German language knowledge is advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office software, especially MS Excel; Good knowledge in SAP/R3 is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team, strongly analytical mind-set, excellent communication skills, economic and technical understanding for manufacturing processes
