ReaL Estate Valuation Consultant

Department: Valuation and Investment Advisory

General requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering 
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Excellent computer skills
• Driver`s B license (active driver)
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Strong motivation for work
• Working experience in property valuations not mandatory, recommended 
• Preferably possession of REV (Recognized European Valuator) or MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) License, not mandatory

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Identification and description of the property
• Real estate market research
• Preparation of valuation reports
• Valuation of properties in accordance with other relevant international standards (IVS, EVS)
• Updating the property database
• Field & desktop research
• Establishing and running electronic data base of all properties
• Assistance to Senior Valuator
