Grand Casino Beograd is looking for candidates willing to take on position of: RECEPTIONIST
Short job description:
- To ensure the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer service at registration, check in, check out, wardrobe, call center, in reservation system and during all marketing activities and promotions
- To provide information and personal assistance to all guests regarding company services, including casino games, marketing activities, events and loyalty programs
- To maintain a courteous and hospitable manner when interacting with customers, guests and colleagues at all times
- To adhere to the policy of confidentiality within the department
We need:
- Good PC skills (Word, Excel and Outlook are a must)
- At least one year of previous working experience, preferably in Hospitality industry, on same / similar position would be an asset, but not a must
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written, Serbian and English language
- Ability to work night, AM and PM shifts, with prolonged standing hours
- Willingness to undertake an intensive ongoing training program
