YOUR MISSION

• Welcome guests as soon as they arrive with due care and attention.
• Carry out all operations concerning guest arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures.
• Help encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly, personalized relationships.
• Anticipate guests' needs and take them into consideration.
• Convey the hotel image.
• Promote the hotel's range of services in order to increase sales.

• Fluent in Serbian and English
