Duties:

• Full cycle of selection and recruitment process in order to efficiently fill open positions
• Creating ads and conducting a recruitment campaign through various channels
• Posting ads with all requirements on domestic and foreign sites
• Doing live or online interview with them and selecting candidates for final interview
• Giving suggestions and proposal of candidates who meet job requirements
• Development and maintenance of the candidate base
• Communication with hiring managers in order to determine the needs for recruitment and selection
• Active participation in recommendations and decision-making with management regarding the selection of candidates
• Monitoring the labor market and key recruitment trends
• Improving and finding channels for recruitment and selection
• Cooperation with third parties - youth labor agencies, the national employment service and recruitment agencies
• Active monitoring and participation in employment fairs, cooperation with faculties
• Regular reporting on recruitment status  
• Admistrative and paperwork duties

If you have:

• Minimum 2 years of hiring work experience in the same or similar position,
• Experience in sourcing on social networks
• Experience in mass recruitment
• Desire to work in a fast-growing company
• Ability to set priorities on a daily basis
• Organized approach to work, focus on details
• Developed communication skills and proactive attitude
