Main duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and update job descriptions;
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional
  platforms);
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms;
• Updating Recruitment data base;
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person);
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally;
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

What we expect:

• University degree;
• At least 1 year experience in recruitment;
• Excellent knowledge of English language is a must;
• Working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and similar software;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills;
• Strong critical-thinking, fact-checking, research, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
