Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions;
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms;
- Updating Recruitment data base;
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person);
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally;
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
What we expect:
- University degree;
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment;
- Excellent knowledge of English language is a must;
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and similar software;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills;
- Strong critical-thinking, fact-checking, research, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
