About the job

As a Recruiter, you will assist the Head of HR with the processing of new hires for a company. You will be responsible for posting job applications, reading résumés, screening candidates, and setting up interviews.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head of HR with recruitment duties
• Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements
• Communicating with the clients if needed
• Posting job applications on social media and job sites
• Assisting in screening candidate résumés
• Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
• Creating and managing the company database including researching, mapping and organizing candidates
• HR-related administration tasks

Recruiter Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or similar field
• Previous experience working as a Recruiter or a similar position is a plus, but your personality and drive to create results come first
• Active user of LinkedIn and similar platforms
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat
