Recruiter

Jackson Square Company is seeking an experienced remote recruiter. As a recruiter, you will be in charge of attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding qualified team members who also fit with our company culture. A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, has great communication skills, and is self-sufficient. You will be responsible for efficiently recruiting, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates who will ultimately deliver the competitive advantage we need in our company. Responsibilities:

• Identify future hiring needs
• Design and implement full-cycle recruiting process
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate employment advertising mediums
• Source and attract candidates by using internal databases, social media, community resources, etc
• Screen qualified candidates resumes and job applications
• Establish assessment methods to test candidates on job-related skills (e.g. computer skills test, role-playing activities)
• New employee onboarding
• Provide candidate status reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact while building positive relationships with candidates

Requirements:

• 2 years recruiting experience
• Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments, etc)
• Strong English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with recruitment processes and databases
• Good interpersonal skills
