Role Description

The role of Recruiter is the first person to present the company to the candidates, evaluate and attract good candidates according to business development. In the meanwhile, explore and develop different pipelines, update the method to evaluate candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Update hiring plan with HRBP and hiring manager according to the forecast of the business;
  • Choose and organize recruiting activities according to hiring requirements, promote company branding;
  • Organize the selection and hiring process, choose the proper and effective evaluation methods, improve the hiring efficiency;
  • Make good record of the hiring process, make analysis with hiring data to support hiring strategy;
  • Other projects related to HR, like campus recruiting, etc.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in hiring, in a manufacturing company is preferred;
  • Use English as working language;
  • Target orient, with good sense of problem solving;
  • Good sense of keep learning.
