- Update hiring plan with HRBP and hiring manager according to the forecast of the business;
- Choose and organize recruiting activities according to hiring requirements, promote company branding;
- Organize the selection and hiring process, choose the proper and effective evaluation methods, improve the hiring efficiency;
- Make good record of the hiring process, make analysis with hiring data to support hiring strategy;
- Other projects related to HR, like campus recruiting, etc.
- 2-3 years experience in hiring, in a manufacturing company is preferred;
- Use English as working language;
- Target orient, with good sense of problem solving;
- Good sense of keep learning.
