What you will do if you join us? 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all position levels 
• Create job ads and post them at relevant job ad websites, LinkedIn and/or other social media 
• Check candidates’ references when needed 
• Create and send job offers to the selected candidates 
• Inform all candidates who participated in the selection process of their outcome 
• Provide information to the finance team regarding employment contract preparation 
• Coordinate post-offer activities and ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day 
• Facilitate a positive candidate experience and maintain the integrity and compliance of the selection process, all while upholding hiring standards 
• Create and update the CV/candidate database for each position 
• Participate in other HR-related activities

Requirements: 

• Self-motivated person with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, bonus points if you have experience in hiring digital marketing, creative, and/or IT roles 
• Strong understanding of all recruitment channels  
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 
• Extremely organized and capable of multitasking 
• Problem solver who is able to work independently as well as in a team 
• High sense of confidentiality 
• Fluent in English, both oral and written  
• Familiar with Google suites package (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
