Recruitment Associate

We are looking for motivated candidate who will work for our multinational client, at on-site position: Recruitment Associate (Belgrade)

Main responsibilities:

• Conducts job search, targets and sources candidates
• Conducts behavioral based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate/client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing.
• Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
• Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles.
• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and overall compatibility with client requirements.
• Provides guidance and facilitates the negotiation process through completion.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting entry level or middle-level positions
• Good knowledge of English
