Regulatory affairs assistant, based in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Main responsibilities of the role are: 

  • Gather necessary paperwork and documentation for regulatory filings
  • Provide support to regulatory submissions
  • Follow up on regulatory filings and processes
  • Provide administrative support to regulatory staff for filing & tracking of documents
  • Provide administrative support to regulatory requests as needed
  • Set up and maintain files, prepare reports, takes minutes during team meetings, performs data entry, proofreads, and compiles special reports

The successful candidate should have: 

  •  Health Sciences university degree
  •  Strong collaboration and communication skills
  •  Willingness to learn and understand the business environment
  •  Good knowledge of English language
  •  Excellent computer knowledge

 Short experience (1- 2 years) in a similar role will be considered as an advantage.
