YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the registration of plant protection products (administrative work - documents translation and preparation, printing, contracts, payments, archiving support the label preparation process) (Serbia)
• Ensure that all the relevant databases/systems are up to date with close collaboration with regulatory managers (Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia)
• Support regulatory managers with the registration of Bayer products in close collaboration with sales and marketing group and local distributors, authorities (Albania, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Montenegro)
• Preparation of applications including collection of all documentation and relevant information needed for a successful seed registration
• Close collaboration with the seed Regulatory Manager responsible for Hungary and Alpe-Adria countries, sales and marketing group and regulatory managers in Alpe-Adria
• Provide continuous support per country requirements, to ensure that seed variety registrations and Plant Variety Protection are properly maintained
• Maintain or provide accurately information for country applications in seed database during the regulatory/PVP lifecycle of the products

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree of Agronomy (preferable)
• Experience in similar area will be taken as advantage
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy
• Organized, communicative, pro-active
• Accuracy and attention to details
