We are looking for an analytical and driven Research and Development (R&D) Associate to join our laboratory team in International Business.

Superior: R&D laboratory and analytical supervisor

Accountabilities:

• Participates in the development of innovative ideas for new products and laboratory methods.
• Develops new methods for improving work in the laboratory.
• Takes care of procurement of equipment and consumables for microbiology laboratory.
• Writes project reports, standard operating procedures for production, microorganism and enzyme analysis and literature searches for R&D projects.
• Perform routine analysis of raw materials, feed and cultures (bacteria, yeasts and other microorganisms).

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Biology with major in Microbiology.
• Computer literacy (Windows, Internet, MS Office).
• Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driving licence B category.
• Previous experience is not essential, however, familiarity with microbiology laboratories would be an advantage.
