Residential Real Estate Sales Associate
We are an international real estate company which has acquired multiple premium locations in Belgrade for development of large-scale residential and mixed used projects. Searching for result-oriented new colleagues who will share our long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Sale of apartments on a large-scale residential project
- Sourcing potential buyers
- After-sale support to clients
- Assistance with protocols and handovers of apartments
- Lead management
- Appointment scheduling
- Preparing reports
- Record keeping
- Various office administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Faculty of Economics degree or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Accurately anticipate the client needs and expectations in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in Serbian and English language – verbal / written
