For our client, a very famous fine dining restaurant, we are looking for motivated candidates for the position of: Restaurant Manager, Belgrade

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the restaurant’s marketing and PR activities
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
  • Promote all restaurant’s amenities, conveniences and programs offered
  • Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
  • Manage, record and resolve promptly guest complaints
  • Communicate and cooperate with external associates
  • Establish friendly relationships with regular clients
  • Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of similar work experience
  • Working experience in hospitality
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive working attitude and initiative
  • Customer oriented
  • Organized and capable of multitasking
