Retail Sales Officer

Place of work: Belgrade

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Sales of retail products and services
• Servicing existing & acquisition of new clients
• Preparation of loan application, collection of relevant documents & risk assessment
• Monitoring of disbursed loans ensuring timely repayment
• Management of clients’ inquiries & objections
• Support to tellers’ activities, if necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum IV level of education
• Minimum three years of relevant working experience is preferable
• License issued by the National Bank of Serbia for representative activities in insurance, preferable
• Knowledge of English language
• PC Skills – Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills and customer oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player
