Retention Agent

(Spanish or English)

Location: New Belgrade

We are looking for a driven and dynamic experienced retention agent to join our team in modern office. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and overseeing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to company growth and financial targets such as revenue and high levels of client acquisition, retention, reactivation, and up-sell
• Working with clients and engaging them in Forex opportunities
• Answering questions about either the products or the company and being well informed about them
• Efficient and effective use of CRM, trading platforms and other relevant tools
• Going for the best possible effort to achieve the best results and to facilitate future support

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Spanish or English (B2 LEVEL)
• 1-2 years of work experience in retention
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build trust with customers
• Excellent networking skills
• Ability to reach and exceed monthly targets
• Energetic, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player, who excels in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to take best bonuses while wanting more and more
