REWARDING SPECIALIST (m/f)

This position offers you an opportunity to:

• Implement and design processes, policies and systems in the area of performance management and rewarding at Atlantic Grupa level in line with the business strategy and latest trends
• Run all parts of annual performance management process (communication, education, bonus preparation, system administration and upgrades, analyses, improvements)
• Design, implement and upgrade various rewarding models, such as project and achievement rewards
• Manage Flexible Benefits Program (communication, selection of benefits and vendors, system administration and upgrades, analyses, improvements)
• Manage external salary benchmarking process
• Define and monitor budgets in the area of responsibility

• Motivation to work in a dynamic and challenging FMCG environment
• Continuous learning mindset
• University degree in social or formal sciences, preferably Economics
• Communication skills (assertiveness, listening, influencing)
• Fluency in English
• Excellent planning and organising skills
• Finance skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (esp. Excel)
• Strong analytical skills
• Orientation to detail and results
• 2-5 years of experience, preferably in performance management, compensation & benefits, and rewarding
