Risk Assistant

The Company

Compliance Services d.o.o. in cooperation with Fortrade Limited, a leading CFD brokerage with global presence in various countries, is seeking a Risk Assistant.

The Role

• Work closely with risk manager to gather information that will help the company to identify and mitigate and stop fraudulent behavior
• Extract new information on chargebacks on a daily basis, file disputes and update report
• Follow up on filed disputes and update of any status change in relation to chargebacks
• Monitor client transactions
• Work closely with back office to make sure all documents provided are sufficient and authentic
• Complete all necessary communication and documentation in a timely manner

The Candidate

• Fluent English language
• Relevant university degree in economics and finance
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to use advanced features of Excel
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multitask and prioritize work in order to successfully accomplish job duties
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
• Affinity with and understanding of financial markets
