SEO Manager

Panda London is a UK based company specialising in eco-friendly homeware products.
Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team.

Main duties:

• Continually check relevant search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvements 
• Work alongside our marketing and affiliate team to encourage organic backlinks
• Optimise copy and landing pages for PPC campaigns
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
• Work with social media and PPC teams to optimise campaign

Skills required:

• Familiar with using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb & Google Search Console
• Ability to juggle between different tasks in a dynamic environment
• Proven SEO experience
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
• Develop strategies that increase search engine result rankings
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the website and marketing materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)

Additional skills which would make a perfect candidate:

• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Excel skills
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
• Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
