We are looking for:

DevOps Engineer

Belgrade

Responsibilities

  • Own data warehouse production environment
  • Develop and manage Release management processes
  • Database maintenance –
    • Indexing strategy
    • Storage Optimisation
    • Performance monitoring and tuning
    • Backup and Restore + disaster recovery
    • Liaison with managed service operations
  • Develop and maintain Configurable Items Database to facilitate database assets change management and impact analysis functionality
  • Develop and maintain Master Data Management Application to facilitate control of Enterprise Master Data by business stakeholders
  • Manage roll out of user dashboards, datasets using Power BI or similar BI tool
  • Establish and manage communications between Business Intelligence internal and external consumers (B2B and B2C)

Required Skill set

  • Solid understanding of Dev Op principles and procedures around environment management and release management processes
  • High level of SQL expertise using MS SQL server
  • Understanding and experience in database design and optimisation in both OLTP and OLAP environments
  • Experience using Microsoft Integration services (SSIS) or other industry standard ETL tool
  • Experience in application development using .Net or other application software/tools
  • Knowledge and experience using Business Intelligence tools and data warehousing methods
  • Process oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

Although not a current requirement preference will be given to candidates with experience in cloud-based environments such as Azure.
