Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the application of attendance policy;
- Accurate payroll calculation for Serbian employees in the provided payroll software;
- Strict adherence to prescribed deadlines;
- Processing Employee life cycle changes like transfers and position changes;
- Reporting to the Tax office and other state institutions, on monthly and annual level;
- Cooperating with outsourced payroll partner on onboarding and off-boarding matters, employee registration, and HR-related queries;
- Preparing reports on the payroll calculation;
- Keeping up-to-date with the payroll related legislation of Serbia, organizing the implementation of the respective changes and handling all possible legislation related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Faculty of Economics will be considered as an advantage);
- Experience in payroll is preferable;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel & MS Word);
- Analytical and systematical approach to work;
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines;
- Familiar with attendance and payroll software.
