Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the application of attendance policy; 
  • Accurate payroll calculation for Serbian employees in the provided payroll software;
  • Strict adherence to prescribed deadlines;
  • Processing Employee life cycle changes like transfers and position changes;
  • Reporting to the Tax office and other state institutions, on monthly and annual level;
  • Cooperating with outsourced payroll partner on onboarding and off-boarding matters, employee registration, and HR-related queries;
  • Preparing reports on the payroll calculation;
  • Keeping up-to-date with the payroll related legislation of Serbia, organizing the implementation of the respective changes and handling all possible legislation related issues. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Faculty of Economics will be considered as an advantage);
  • Experience in payroll is preferable;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel & MS Word);
  • Analytical and systematical approach to work;
  • Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines;
  • Familiar with attendance and payroll software.
