We are looking for new members of our team in our Novi Sad office, for the position of
Sales agent

Key responsibilities:
- Answering Inquiries
- 1st level Customer Support
- Lead Generation
- Cold Calling
- Cold Emailing
- CRM Handling
- Other Sales Tools
That's why we need people with:
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage)
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Highly motivated and target driven personality
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
