Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Maintaining everyday communication with customers regarding deliveries and orders
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Identifying and assessing customers’s needs
Organizing administrational activities with customers regarding the orders, deliveries, stocks, documentation, and new products
Processing orders, forms and requests
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support

Requirements

Bachelors degree will be considered as advantage
Excellent English skills — both written and verbal
Proficient user of MS Excel
Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
High customer orientation and quality thinking
