We are hiring for position Sales Assistant

Fruit Connection Group is an export-oriented company. We are engaged in sales and distribution of fruit products for industries, and have been in business for 7 years and we are making plans for 50 more. In a nutshell, take a look at our site, do a detailed analysis of the company so we could have a constructive conversation and not start from scratch. Trust us, we are not complicated.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Researching new companies and leads
  • Communicating with existing and new leads
  • Creating and maintaining CRM base
  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls
  • Company presentation and offer creation

Qualifications and skills required:

  • English language proficiency – at least B2 level
  • Serbian language proficiency – Native or B2
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
  • University degree or currently enrolled in university

Optional but recommended:

  • Adobe creative programs
  • German, French, Russian
  • Class B driving license

Bottom line: We need a sales-driven person, who will have great satisfaction in chasing down new leads, negotiating, and closing deals.

We can offer:

  • Trial period 3 – 6 months, if we click (you and us), junior sales position, after trial
  • 70% working hours in English – boost your language skills
  • Work in non-corporate environment, we are only humans
  • Part-time (4 hours daily, 20 hours per week) for start. Mandatory work from office.
  • 20k rsd fix + % from sales, and concluded contracts for start. This % from sales approx. 500 eur when you sell goods.
