We are an Italian company in the design & technology sector, expanding our international team and looking for a Sales Back-Office professional to support our commercial operations across global markets.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Novi Sad, Belgrade (Serbia) or Remote

Your Role

You will be a key support to our sales organization, ensuring smooth commercial operations and excellent client experience.

• Manage quotations, orders, and commercial documentation
• Support the sales team in daily operational activities
• Maintain and update customer and project data
• Coordinate with technical and logistics departments
• Support communication with international clients and partners

What we are looking for

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High level of autonomy and accountability
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and structured working style
• Previous experience in back-office, sales support, or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Open to freelancers (VAT registered) or independent consultants
