We are an Italian company in the design & technology sector, expanding our international team and looking for a Sales Back-Office professional to support our commercial operations across global markets.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Novi Sad, Belgrade (Serbia) or Remote
Your Role
You will be a key support to our sales organization, ensuring smooth commercial operations and excellent client experience.
- Manage quotations, orders, and commercial documentation
- Support the sales team in daily operational activities
- Maintain and update customer and project data
- Coordinate with technical and logistics departments
- Support communication with international clients and partners
What we are looking for
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High level of autonomy and accountability
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and structured working style
- Previous experience in back-office, sales support, or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment
- Open to freelancers (VAT registered) or independent consultants
