JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborating with different internal departments as well as plants, segments, central functions of Business Area Smart Mobility worldwide to drive the quality first within Continental.
IN YOUR DAY TO DAY JOB YOU WILL:
- Coordinate segments and locations worldwide with focus on sales (budget, forecast, actual, internal/external) being responsible for OE and non-OE business
- Analyze data and secure data quality (volume, price and master data)
- Review and stream sales planning and actual processes
- Be responsible for projects related to digitalization and transformation within Automotive
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international industrial company, preferably in Sales, Logistic or Controlling
- Advanced communication skills which are critical to building consensus across area of influence, international teams, and/or matrix environment
- Business fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- Clear competence in assertiveness and organizational skills
- High motivation, flexibility, intercultural skills
- Analytical capability
- Proven ability to drive results by identifying and resolving significant problems within scope of responsibility
