Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a forward-thinking salesperson to help us in generating, facilitating and closing sales of our white label solution

Every year we organize a range of conferences with 150-200 attendees on various innovation management topics in Europe, China and the USA as well as an annual Innovation Roundtable® Summit in Copenhagen attended by 700 corporate innovators, the world’s largest gathering of its kind.

What is the job about?
We have recently created an exclusive online platform for corporate innovators to connect, discuss and learn from a variety of sources (video, audio and written). It is built in Drupal and offers amazing features. Please visit www.innovationroundtable.online for more info.
We are confident that this concept can be of value to a variety of organizations. Therefore, we need someone who can work from scratch on developing and executing the sales strategy for selling the source code of online to other organizations. It should be someone with a good understanding of web development and the ability to explain technical details to non-techies. The ideal candidate also can work independently, is self-driven and with extraordinary research and communication skills.
This is a 3 months project-based work with the possibility to extend cooperation. We offer a basic salary with the attractive commission for successfully closed sales.
Your daily tasks will involve:
- Research new markets and build a pipeline of potential leads to sell our white label solution
- Identify points of contact within target companies and reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls and emails
- Make daily calls to prospects with the goal of scheduling demos and showing the potential of our white label solution
- Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads
- Nurture relationships with potential customers
- Be perceptive to potential customer needs and translate them into both - business opportunities and feedback for relevant internal stakeholders of Innovation Roundtable (Sales, Marketing and Product Manager)
- Manage and close sales opportunities
What do you need to perform well in the job?
- You have experience in a new business generation sales role
- You have worked as a business sales representative for a software company or have a good understanding of web development
- You are ambitious, self-driven and result oriented
- You have a near-native English language skills. Other languages are a plus
- You have exceptional communication skills
- You can overcome objections and turn a “no” into a “yes”
- You have an aptitude in rapport building
- You are well versed in cold calling
