Who we are looking for
- Outbound Sales Development Representative with 1 year + experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- If you are not comfortable outbound prospecting, please do not apply. It is 100% of the role
- You will be focused on booking meetings for AEs. You will receive a bonus for every meeting booked and accepted by an AE
- You will then receive an additional multiplier for every meeting you book that turns into a deal!
- Focused and organized
- A self-starter responsible for generating their own leads (including associated research etc.). It will be essential that you quickly understand the types of businesses and titles that are a fit and hit the ground running
- Strong qualifier and good listener
- Proven track record of generating SQLs for Account Executives [please note this will be a major part of the interview process]
- Strong phone skills with cold-calling experience
- Strong email-marketing skills. Comfortable setting up campaigns and being creative when it comes to generating leads via email
- Ambition to be promoted to an account executive within 12 months
