Sales Manager

Requirements:

• experience in managerial sales position within automotive industry is mandatory
• experience in business processes and team management
• preferably technical or commercial education
• fluency in English and PC skills
• active driver
• personal independence and integrity, willingness to go the extra mile and keen on learning
• initiative, ambitious and goal-oriented sales professional
• detail oriented and fully responsible manager

Responsibilities:

• management of sales department
• planning, budgeting and result analysis on long-term and short-term basis
• organizing staff training and development in line with company goals and policies
• ensuring stock sell-out by organizing different actions and promotional events
• collaboration with financial partners, ensuring optimal financial terms and conditions
• approving discounts for customers, in line with company policy
• managing and improvement of sales process and securing expansion of customers’ network
• analyzing individual competencies of sales team and ensuring proper training and development
• defining of commercial conditions for used cars acquiring and sales
• overlooking showroom standards and meeting highest quality of customer service requirements
• regular reporting on achieved results
• tight collaboration with General Manager
