Sales Representative

TOPANEL company is hiring a Sales Representative with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position to manage and coordinate the company's sales process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in a similar position and in the sale of thermal insulation panels or construction materials is an advantage).
• Strategic planning and market analysis skills.
• Ability to forecast market potential.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Expertise in sales techniques, client acquisition strategies, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
• Willingness to travel within the country.
• Dynamism and the ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Client and results-oriented, achieving the set target.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, customer-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strategic planning and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet.
• English language skills are an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Presenting and promoting products by creating personalized offers, demonstrations, or presentations.
• Developing, managing, and establishing partnerships with allocated clients and distributors.
• Adhering to all company procedures and maintaining continuous communication with management.
• Proposing solutions for optimizing activity.
• Negotiating and monitoring the execution of contracts.
• Preparing weekly reports on clients and ongoing projects.
• Adhering to the company’s commercial policy regarding payment methods and discounts for different client categories.
• Monitoring the collection of payments for sold products and amicable recovery of debts.
