Sales Specialist / Sales Representitive

We are also part of Elite Group which is Turkish company based in Istanbul. We are founded in 1978 and has been providing services to many different wide range of industry areas. Our current production is currently available in over 10000 varieties of products, exports to 38 different countries.

We are looking for a "Sales Specialist" / “Sales Representitive” for our new start-up at Belgrade.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

·         Advanced in written and spoken English. Turkish language is a plus

·         Have excellent communication and negotiation skills 

·         A good listener and able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and instant messaging tools 

·         Passionate, enthusiastic and sales driven

·         Proactive and able to take initiative 

·         Have great organizational skills and persistence 

·         Have great attention to detail 

·         Good command of MS Office

.         No restriction for intensive traveling (both domestic & abroad)

·         Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

·         Result-oriented, Self-motivated and a good team player

  Job Description

·        Identify potential customers and ensuring their participation in the portfolio

·        Realize customer visit targets and converting them into sales

·        Achieving revenue, activation, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction targets in line with success criteria

·        Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with existing customers, connect with key business executives

·        Provide a positive customer service experience by timely response and successful delivery of service and goods according to customer’s needs and objectives

·        Grow the existing accounts by developing new business

·        Optimize sales daily operations

.        Prepare, present and negotiate the offers with customers

.        By adjusting order of the incoming goods, ensuring the correct and timely progress of the process
