Sales Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Making and closing sales (quotes)
Checking system pricelist and initiate price update based on agreement and keeps forecasts up to date
Analyze the extra requests for service and program changes, inform all relevant departments to respond to the customers about feasibility of service and cost impact.
Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to another department
Create in the system the order to samples and inform the all affected departments
Develop relationship and gain client’s trust
Monitoring the development of new parts, PPAP, change revisions, interacting with the engineering, purchasing, production and quality departments
Receiving customer orders: development, prototypes and pre-production
Responsible for setting deadlines introduction of new parts, modification, reworks and spot order of products interacting with the quality, engineering, purchasing and sales.

Your profile:

Technical or business education or equivalent
3 years of experience in the field of sales/customer service
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Polite, thoughtful and friendly attitude
Customer orientation
