SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Lead generation
- In depth study of companies - organizational mapping
- Coordination of sales campaigns:
- Defining campaign structure
- Briefing marketing team about campaign content
- Using mass mailing tools and managing them daily
- Campaign follow-up
- Campaign analysis
- Close cooperation with Business Development Directors
- Obtaining meetings
- Sales Force data base administration and report creation
- Preparing and updating different sales materials
- Coordinating processes within the team and with other teams (Marketing, Business Development)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Organizational Sciences or related
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
- Strong MS Office skills – Excel (Power Point is a bonus)
- Basic grasp of CRM & Digital marketing in general
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and be flexible enough to evolve in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excited by startup agility and empowerment
