BD Tech, a multinational company specializing in sales and marketing is hiring! We're expanding our business portfolio and looking for candidates for the role of:
Sales Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales training sessions for new candidates
- Develop new techniques and approaches for improving the training programs
- Hire new employees for the sales position
- Accomplishes sales training by completing related results as needed
Required qualifications:
- Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or a similar Sales position
- Professional sales training certifications is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the entire sales process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to measure a candidate's performance
- Ability to motivate candidates to improve their skills
- Excellent presentation skills
