Primar Tehno is hiring for Professional Sales representative for work in our local office in Novi Sad. This position is ideal for the individual who is self-motivated by uncapped commissions, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a surrounding team willing to propel your growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Establish new business opportunities through relationship building and management. Find, acquire, and retain customers through consistent follow-up, customer service, and a passion for getting the job done.
Duties:
· Comfortable making 80+ cold calls daily
· Manage customer relationships.
· Build relationships with owner-operators to further service business as needed.
· Negotiate rates.
· Generate sales leads.
· Track load status.
Schedule:
8-hour shift, Monday – Friday,
On-call & Weekends will be needed at times, in order to fulfill customer needs
Salary:
Fixed regular payment + Bonus pay
Experience:
-Broker and Dispatcher: 1 year (Preferred)
-Freight industry experience (Preferred)
-DAT and Internet Truckstop (Preferred)
-Strong Microsoft Office 365 experience (Excel and Outlook a must)
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Detail-oriented
-Analytical – Like crunching the numbers
