Security Coordinator

You would be in charge of:

• Monitoring of raw materials entry process
• Cooperation with external agencies involved in the provision of physical and technical security and supervision of their work
• Investigations of minor corporate incidents
• Development, implementation and monitoring of processes in the field of physical and technical security
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the internal control system
• Advising on security improvement at the plant
• Fleet maintenance
• Building and coordinating loss prevention strategy within the company
• Identifying and assessing risks to people, property and business and implementing preventive actions
• Monitoring security complaints
• Coordinating physical and technical security
• Flow control, registration and review of people (employees, visitors, suppliers, contractors)
• Monitoring and supervision of activities on site and remotely in facilities located in different locations
• Giving advice for improving the security situation at the plant
• Close cooperation with other departments regarding security
• Management and reporting on security investments and costs
• Collaboration with competent state authorities in cases of alienation or destruction of company property
• Proper management of documentation in the area of security

This means that you have:

• High school degree (Bachelor’s degree in human sciences is an advantage)
• Preferably 1 year of experience in similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and planning skills
• Fluent in English language
