SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job description

As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our partners, becoming their go-to resource and advocate for customer success within Workforce. This role involves ownership of the growth of existing partnerships, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, as well as managing the day-to-day cooperation. You will be trusted to manage and coordinate between cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and externally.

We are seeking candidates that excel in both developing strategic relationships and the analytical, data-driven aspects of account management. As an ideal candidate, you are results driven and thrive in environments where you are encouraged and expected to problem solve and find creative solutions to partner’s needs with the goal of consistently exceeding their expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate sales by own prospecting, cold calling, referral activities, client meetings and follow-up within the list of accounts
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Workforce most strategic accounts while building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify up-sale and growth opportunities
  • Work closely with clients to analyze and optimize their HR needs and supporting the client for all needs and requests regarding new and existing business
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while coordinating with other departments, both internally and externally
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and decision makers
  • Understand market behavior, competition and business environment

Key Requirements

  • A strongly proactive individual with a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales, experience in HR or service industry is a plus
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
  • A highly-motivated professional with a proven track record in a client facing role
  • Demonstrated track record in user acquisition/retention, account revenue growth and retention, and creative problem solving skills
  • Experience managing client communication and expectations in a deadline-driven environment
