As a fresh graduate, joining OIP Insurtech was an exciting start to my career. I immediately appreciated the team's approachability and open communication, which created a welcoming environment from day one. This experience has been crucial in shaping my career, much like my foundational experiences at the American Insurance Academy prepared me for my current role as a Business Analyst. 
I feel well-informed about the company policies, procedures, and goals. The onboarding process included detailed sessions that covered not just the policies but also how they align with the company's broader vision for innovation. 
I'm genuinely proud to contribute to the growth of OIP Insurtech, especially through my work on a major project for a significant client. It's been a great opportunity to showcase my Business Analyst skills and learn from talented colleagues. The team environment is incredibly supportive, fostering both professional growth and meaningful connections. I'm excited about the future and grateful to be part of such a dynamic and inspiring workplace.

One of my proudest success stories is when I moved from Operations to Tech Department and joined a team, which at the time had only 5-7 members. Today, that team has grown to over 30-35 experts working for various clients, with new members joining almost every month. I played a key role in this growth by personally training many of the new team members, teaching them how to configure ConceptOne and manage business analyst tasks. Contributing to the team's expansion and success is something I’m truly proud of. 
 
 
My favorite project was my first as a Business Analyst when I managed production tickets in Zendesk and worked on key projects like report creation and ConceptOne configuration. Although these tasks were new to me, I excelled with the support of my teammates and even earned praise from the client COO. My team and I successfully met the client's demands, and later, I had the opportunity to share my knowledge with my colleagues through bootcamps and American Insurance Academy as a trainer.

Since I started working &nbsp;I’ve been consistently impressed by the team's organization and the willingness of team members to offer help and share their knowledge. This support was essential for my smooth onboarding and swift transition into a productive role. The recognition from clients for a job well done has further reinforced my sense of achievement, both personally and as part of the team. 
My favorite task is creating training materials—scripts, videos, and knowledge checks—for new customers. What makes this project special to me is the freedom in work organization, the creativity involved, and the opportunity to impact a large number of future trainees and customers by making their onboarding process easier.

One of my most memorable achievements was transitioning into a new role with minimal guidance. Despite the initial learning curve, I adapted quickly and successfully leveraged my skills to produce remarkable work. This experience boosted my confidence in handling new challenges independently and continues to motivate me to embrace new opportunities in my career. 
 
I particularly enjoyed developing reports. In this role, I was responsible for planning the report development process, collaborating with business analysts to align reports with customer requirements, and programming SQL queries to extract data. This project was both a technical and personal achievement, allowing me to refine my analytical and critical thinking skills while deepening my knowledge of data.

Working at OIP Insurtech has been an incredible learning experience for me. I’ve had the opportunity to work with the latest technology and take on interesting and challenging tasks. With the generous support of my supervisor and colleagues, I’ve developed some complex features that have really expanded my skill set. This experience has been invaluable and allows me to contribute even more to the company. 
For me, what makes OIP Insurtech special is the people. My colleagues are amazing—they make work enjoyable and are a constant source of learning and inspiration. 
The project I’m most proud of is the AMS project, especially because it combines the features of several independent applications, making it easier and faster for assistant underwriters to perform their daily tasks. I love that it leverages the latest technology trends, and I’m proud to be part of a team that is deeply committed to its success.

My success at OIP Insurtech comes from my passion and hard work. Without formal training in System Administration, I started as an Assistant Underwriter. After mastering my tasks, I began helping out with IT projects. My enthusiasm led to a part-time role in the IT team while I was also promoted to a Senior Team Lead in Operations. 
 
As my skills grew, I earned a full-time position as a System Administrator—a dream come true for me. My journey proves that dedication and passion can open doors to success, even without traditional experience or education. 
One of the most proud projects of mine was the DeskBooking app. Not only was it a fun learning experience, but also it saved the company a significant amount of money in fees, comparing to using a ready made solution.

I'm proud of the comprehensive work I’ve done on OIP Insurtech infrastructure and developer tools. This project transformed the company's operations, boosting efficiency and agility. I love how these tools have fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration, allowing teams to bring new ideas to life. The positive impact on the company's growth and culture makes this project a true highlight for me. 
 
One of my most memorable achievements was launching an early project- a significant test of our team's skills and commitment. During a late-night conference call, I executed the final build and migrations while the entire team eagerly watched. When the application went live without a hitch, the relief and sense of success were immense. But this wasn't just about a smooth launch-it was a testament to our resilience, teamwork, and dedication. It reaffirmed our confidence in our abilities and proved that by working together, we could achieve more than we ever thought possible.

Over three years ago, I joined OIP Insurtech as an HR Generalist. It all started on March 26, 2018, at 10:00 AM—my very first academy class. I walked into the room with ten other people, all of us eager to learn but looking around with the same mix of curiosity and confusion. "Where are we? Why is the teacher speaking English all the time? Is he American? He seems American. Wow, three monitors!" 
 
Two weeks later, our questions changed. "Can I really do this? How am I supposed to learn all these tasks and manage them on my own?" But then I remembered—take it easy. There are trainers here, and a whole team behind me, ready to support me in reaching my goals. And then… Tadaaaa! An email arrived. It was from my trainer, letting my team know that I had successfully completed my first task. 
 
Before all this, I was a travel agent. So, what’s changed since then? A lot—and also not much. I’m still working with a team, just on a bigger scale. I’m still in front of a computer, but now I’m collaborating with underwriters instead of travel agents. And, of course, I’m part of a much larger company. In my team, I work alongside people from all sorts of backgrounds—English teachers, biologists, economists—and we all have one thing in common now: insurance. We each bring something unique to the table, and we’re all learning from each other’s experiences. 
 
As for my role today? I’m a Treasury Operations Associate, and I’m also part of the HR Recruitment group.

My journey with OIP Insurtech has been an incredible experience filled with opportunities to develop a broad skill set. I began as an Assistant Underwriter, where I focused on issuing policies and learned the core responsibilities of the operations team. As I gained experience, I had the chance to move into more advanced tasks, which allowed me to further my expertise and take on new challenges.
 
Along the way, I joined the Quality Assurance Focus Group, which taught me invaluable lessons in audit performance and quality control. This role introduced me to the world of audit performance and task quality checks, helping me understand the importance of maintaining high standards and consistently delivering quality outcomes. This experience was invaluable in building my knowledge and appreciation for accuracy and accountability within our work.
 
With time, I was promoted to Team Lead, where I could contribute to our team’s success, mentor others, and refine my leadership skills. Later, I was entrusted with setting up tasks for a new client, a role that required both strategic planning and hands-on involvement in laying the groundwork for a successful partnership.&nbsp;
 
However, it was my time in the Recruitment Focus Group that truly resonated
with me. Being part of this team gave me the opportunity to contribute to OIP’s future by identifying and selecting talented individuals who shared our vision and values. It was incredibly rewarding to help shape the team and bring in people who would make a lasting impact on the company.
 
One of the most defining aspects of my career at OIP Insurtech was being recognized as a top talent in the company, which opened doors to additional opportunities and growth. Joining OIP Insurtech in 2017 was both an exciting and somewhat daunting experience, as joining any new environment can be. Nonetheless, the team's warm welcome quickly made me feel at home. I began my career as an Assistant Underwriter. I strived to learn as much as possible and show the best performance. My capacities and efforts were recognized. Since December 2021, I've been a part of the Learning and Development Team, initially on a part-time basis, transitioning to a full-time role in June 2022. 
 
At OIP Insurtech, we invest a lot of time, effort and resources into education, believing it's fundamental to delivering high-quality work. My role involves providing training on US Insurance. Despite my academic background being miles away from insurance, reaching the point of being able to teach insurance with ease was not such a difficult journey, thanks to many educational opportunities along the way. I've earned the designation of Associate in General Insurance and am committed to ongoing professional growth. Our team offers a carefully chosen assortment of opportunities to develop skills and knowledge and pursue desired career paths to satisfy everyone's appetite. 
 
As a Learning and Development Specialist, I enjoy training our new team members and setting them up for success. I take pride in their achievements, knowing I've played a part in their journey. I joined OIP Insurtech in September 2022 as one of the first people to be accepted to the role of Key Account Manager externally. Each new environment can be scary at the beginning before you learn the ropes, but with OIP Insurtech, I've felt welcome and supported from day one. I began my career at OIP Insurtech in 2016 as an Insurance Administrative Assistant, processing diverse tasks and gaining hands-on experience with different clients. This foundation expanded my insurance knowledge and prepared me to take on Team Lead responsibilities, where I supported my supervisors in team organization and gained valuable managerial experience. These skills set the stage for my role as Key Account Manager, where I closely collaborated with clients and led a team of over 20 people—a role that sparked my passion for HR.
 
In 2022, I transitioned to the HR team as an HR Generalist, and just a year later, I was thrilled to step into my current role in Talent Experience. This journey has allowed me to work across departments and deeply connect with our company’s mission, people, and values.

I joined the OIP Insurtech back in March 2022, in the position of Key Account Manager, with managerial, but without any prior experience in Insurance. I was the first external hire in a management position, and OIP Insurtech ensured I received extensive training to build a solid foundation for my growth. I was pleasantly surprised by the organization’s structure, rules, and procedures, which I found very effective. 
 
I successfully led a team and managed multiple clients, learning and evolving with them daily. This dynamic role taught me to think strategically, respond to challenges, organize my team, communicate effectively, make important decisions, and maintain client satisfaction.

My career at OIP Insurtech began two and a half years ago, and the experience has been both rewarding and transformative. When I first joined, the world of US insurance was entirely new to me, but thanks to the comprehensive training provided by the company, I quickly adapted. Within the first 2-3 weeks, I gained a solid foundation, and I was fortunate to have a great mentor who guided me as I mastered my tasks. 
 
From the beginning, I worked on level 3 tasks, which, despite being administrative, are often dynamic and engaging. What truly stands out to me is the team I work with. It’s a large group, yet the atmosphere is incredibly supportive, with everyone ready to lend a hand. Our supervisors are approachable, and it’s always easy to have open conversations about any challenges or questions. 
 
I had the opportunity to join our recruitment team, where I learned about the selection process and became actively involved in interviews, screenings, and communication with candidates. Additionally, I was honored to be selected for a three-month stint as a Trainer in our Indian office, helping new employees. This experience strengthened my professional skills and contributed immensely to my personal growth. My career journey began in 2019 when I started as an Insurance Administrative Assistant, and despite having no prior experience in the field, the OIP Insurtech mentorship program helped me to adapt quickly to the new role and develop the necessary skills. My journey at OIP Insurtech started in 2020 when I officially applied for an Insurance Administrative Assistant job position. During a challenging and uncertain time for the whole world, the prize in the form of training started after their thorough selection process came mid-December when I was officially enrolled in the first stage of the training process.
Starting the AIA without any knowledge about the insurance world was at moments scary and very demanding but also as rewarding after completing it. Coming out of my comfort zone made me realize how worthy it is to challenge yourself and strive towards making better opportunities for your career. AIA was one of the most memorable times as I got to meet and learn from a lot of eloquent and devoted trainers and leaders whom I get to work with daily. The learning process within AIA was done at an enviable level, with a lot of care and patience given to each candidate and their learning process, optimized to transfer the required knowledge and skills. 
 
After I became an OIP Insurtech employee and member of the biggest team in March 2021, I realized that the people relations, dedication, and overall importance of improvement were taken to an even higher level. Each day I got to learn something new and perfect my skills even more. Togetherness and unselfishness of my team are what make us achieve great results and have outstanding work ethics. Being recognized as a trustworthy and responsible teammate, I was assigned additional work and responsibilities which was a true prize for me and testimony that everything you do at OIP ends up well recognized and rewarded. 
 
Six months later, I find myself even more motivated than I was at the beginning because now I can first-hand see how much hard work and dedication really pays off and get recognized by those who lead by their own example.
