We combine multiple data sources (CRM, product, communication, support, financial) to build a model recommending sales teams what to focus on next. We develop both a web application and Google Chrome extension + Firefox Add-on. The product is evolving rapidly and we’re keen to add our next engineer to the team.

About the Role

We're looking to hire a senior-equivalent engineer that is self-directed and writes high-quality code quickly. Joining a small team, you would have a profound impact in the company and would help shape the technical foundation. You would be writing both frontend and backend code, and it is critical you have a strong understanding of both.

Requirements

• Experience as a mid/senior-level full stack engineer
• Strong communication skills
• A founder mentality, ownership of your work
• Strong English communication skills
• Keep an unreasonably high bar for yourself and others
• Startup experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of relational databases
• Knowledge of the full web stack (backend to frontend)
• Programming language and stack knowledge a plus, but never a requirement
