We are a leading provider of software solutions for risk management, credit rating and scoring as well as regulatory reporting in South-East Europe. We have recently started developing a mobile app for a global fintech company. As a result, we are looking to build a team with a person like you, excited for a new and challenging opportunity.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Belgrade and help us build the new team(s) and drive the top talent candidates to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance.
  • Develop and track recruitment strategies to create an effective sourcing plan for top talent.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews and feedback for all levels of candidates.
  • Engage and activate passive candidates by following the best practices and programs.
  • Create a pool of candidates through job fairs, social networking, community organizations, internet data mining, and media channels and conduct other sourcing activities in order to fill in open positions.
  • Help organize and represent the company at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
  • Create great candidate experience.
  • Support the company’s employer branding strategy.
  • Deliver first class on-boarding experience for our new colleagues.

Qualifications 

  • At least 3 and preferably more than 5 years of experience in high-performing IT companies.
  • Well connected within the IT community, with a large personal network of candidates.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods.
  • Understanding of software development process and technologies.
  • Hands on experience with Boolean searches, job boards and social media.
  • Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods  for ”hard to fill” roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Previous involvement in employer branding activities and events.
  • Experience in on-boarding process for newcomers.

Compensation package is competitive and based on qualifications.
