WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Senior Manager Quality Systems & Administration who will be responsible for establishment, development and management of the division “Quality Systems and Administration”.

TASKS

• Lead the department according to quality-relevant and business key figures
• Coordination of the organization for the future challenges of the MTU Maintenance Serbia d.o.o.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees
• Planning and controlling of capacities and qualifications of the employees
• Ensuring of the implementation and the compliance of aviation regulations
• Development and implementation of quality and improvement concepts in accordance with external requirements, e.g. Aviation law and quality standards
• Ensuring to support the maintenance processes of the various engine parts in accordance with quality and conformity-relevant aspects
• Monitoring of process quality and definition of required inspection and approval processes as well as sustainable adjustment of deviations
• Initiation and coordination of projects to improve process stability, quality and cost
• Monitoring of project targets, interdisciplinary coordination, joint project implementation and budgeting
• A modification or change in the area of responsibility can be made by the Director of Quality

REQUIREMENTS

• University education - mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, astronautics and space technology (or comparable degree)
• Several years of professional experience in quality management or quality engineering combined with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in planning and implementation of projects desirable
• Experience in usage of key performance indicators desirable
• Very good computer skills - SAP, MS Office
• English level C1
• Leadership experience
• Ability to moderate team meetings and workshops. Creativity and spirit of innovation.
• Willingness to travel on official business. Willingness to perform the on-the-job-training in Germany (in total for at least 1 year, with possible interruptions)
