Why we need you:

• Be part of a dynamic and motivated team of infrastructure engineers, that supports the operation, performance, and availability of Hentsū internal systems and client networks
• Monitor, manage and support (tier 1 and 2) complex network infrastructure globally, including vendor escalation
• Help build out networking infrastructure for new clients and solve complex network issues in production
• Proactively look for opportunities to improve current monitoring and achieve zero support goals

You have:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience of wired & wireless LANs, WAN, firewalls, VPNs (GRE, IPSec/SSL VPNs)
• Understanding of OSI layers
• Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco or similar
• Experience with layer 2 protocols (LACP, MLAG, Spanning Tree) and routing protocols such as BGP or OSPF
• Experience working in a network operations centre (NOC) and supporting a production wide-area network
• Experience with monitoring systems and tooling (syslog, SNMP/MIBs, Netflow/jFlow/sFlow)
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE
• Scripting skills such as Python
• Automation tool such as Ansible
• Experience with any of the major 3 public cloud providers: AWS, Azure
