Senior People Analytics Analyst

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for the establishment and enablement of a data-driven decision-making culture across global HR. Designs and delivers user-centric dashboards, predictive models, and ad-hoc analyses in service of key business needs. Makes recommendations to influence key strategic business decisions and uses creative thinking to contribute to the development of the People Analytics strategy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

People Analytics

  • Develop and deliver complex dashboards that leverage multiple data sources, interpreting client requirements and building visualization that allow users to quickly identify gaps, strengths, and trends across time
  • Consult with HR leaders across the organization (e.g. Global Process Leads, Strategic HR, Regional PS&O Directors), expertly leveraging data and insights to tell a compelling story and help leaders make data-driven decisions
  • Analyse unstructured and disparate data sources, developing models to predict future actions (retention, quality of hires) and running basic statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights
  • Utilise expert knowledge in the use of data & evidence-based research to create benchmarks for use in Data Governance, HR and business metrics
  • Build and maintain processes and tools to prioritize requests and develop proposed quarterly commitment for HR Leadership Team alignment and buy-in
  • Provide ongoing client support, expertly translating client questions into data and insights
  • Serve as Reporting & People Analytics team expert in SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics
  • Serve as Reporting & People Analytics team expert on SuccessFactors Learning and Succession data elements
  • Carefully handle sensitive employee data, ensuring necessary confidentiality and security

Adoption and Culture Enablement

  • Define and execute adoption and culture enablement change plan to engage and upskill HR community in utilising data and metrics
  • Lead People Analytics adoption and training initiatives for targeted stakeholder groups role, using one-off tactics (e.g. workshops) and/or sustainable methods (e.g. eLearning)
  • Create adoption and training resources and curate eLearning content via LinkedIn Learning and/or other third-party resources, customizing as needed
  • Establish and embed network of People Analytics champions to maximize impact across HR and the business

Experience Required:

  • Required: Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience.
  • Preferred: Advanced knowledge in Success Factors tools including Table, Canvas, People Stories and Workforce Analytics.
