Senior Process Engineer

Job Profile:

• Proposal of production process (machinery, production layout, tooling, etc.)
• Guide and coordinate Process Engineering with production preparation
• Coordinates communication with supplier of production equipment
• In cooperation with central team install a technology necessary for production, sets parameters equalization technology
• Evaluation and active cooperation with central team with DFM future projects
• Cooperation with central team with the development of tooling, new methods and processes
• Supervision of activities within selection, layout proposal of  technological equipment
• Definition of production line capacity
• Cooperation with new product launch
• Active support with pricing offers while product launch
• Responsible for increasing efficiency of production line
• Active support to Production and cooperation with problem solving,  production line set ups
• Continuous improvement process, increasing productivity and quality
• Monitor and approve technological process (ODS) and the rest of technological documentation
• Process local work instruction and the rest of documentation
• Active audit participation  and presentation of production process
• Creation, controls and up to date checks of bom and routing in mfg pro

Qualifications:

• Technical University Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, 3 on a similar role (automotive assembly preferred)
• Leadership skills and experience in team management
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English
