Senior Project Engineer - System-/Maintenance Engineer

The worldwide leading engineering consulting service provider of customer-specific solutions in the heavy industries (rolling stock, aerospace, oil & energy, constructions etc.) is currently hiring for an opening position in Belgrade / Novi Sad. 

Responsibilities

• Predict, track and demonstrate the life-cycle cost (LCC) and reliability, availability and maintainability metrics of our assets. 
• Creation of risk, FTAs, FMECA, reliability and availability (RAM) analysis and optimization of maintenance plans. 
• Definition of maintenance infrastructure and other maintenance requirements. 
• Expansion and coordination of our maintenance concepts/improvements with fleet management and product development. Creating cost models for full-service projects. 
• Digitalization of processes in coordination with the staff on the track and in the maintenance depots. 
• Design of attractive offers for our customers worldwide (Europe, America, South Africa, Middle East etc.). 
• Evaluation of field experience for the validation of maintenance analysis. Accompanying and implementing the RAM/LCC requirements within our projects.

Requirements 

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace, weapon engineering, mechatronics, process engineering or similar education. 
• Work experience in transportation, production, maintenance, reliability engineering or comparative environment (+5 years). 
• Good English skills spoken and written; German is a plus. Another foreign languages are welcome. Willingness to travel for business purposes. 
• Analytical thinking and high comprehension in complex processes. Strongly independent and prudent work with high standards of quality and reliability. 
• Team player. 
• Effective, assertive and negotiable. 
• Flexible, resilient and passionate.
