Senior Purchasing Specialist

Main responsibilities:

·         Product portfolio development in accordance with policy of the company

·         Taking care of existing and importing new profitable groups of products in portfolio

·         Responsibility for agreed annual budgets for each product group, together with defining marketing budgets

·         Updating the supplier's database, collecting information about suppliers in order to select the best terms of purchase in cooperation with the company's management

·         Tracking the procurement process from the moment of proposing items for ordering, positioning and pricing based on market analysis

·         Contacts, communication and negotiations with suppliers, managing orders to suppliers

·         Stock management, analysis, tracking availability of goods

·         Preparing and monitoring product campaigns and marketing activities of individual brands/products in order to improve sale

·         Coordination with other departments in company in Serbia and Bulgaria

Requirements for the candidate:

·         University degree (Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Economy or Technical Faculty)

·         At least 3 years of work experience in the same or similar work

·         Extremely developed analytical and organizational skills

·         Developed communication skills

·         Responsible person ready to work in team

·         Willingness to work in a challenging environmentFocus on solving the problem

·         Fluency in English

·         Driver's licence B category

·         Excellent knowledge of the MS Office primarily the Excel program

·         Knowledge the market of car parts, oil and service equipment, as well as the work on introducing products into the company's portfolio will be considered an advantage
